X Premium is folded into “The X Subscription” bundle

What changed

SpaceXSI launched The X Subscription, a single plan that bundles Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium benefits. Paid tiers start at Plus ($8/mo or $80/yr) and include the checkmark, creator tools and fewer ads. Existing X Premium subscribers can keep their current plan or switch from billing settings as the option rolls out.

Why it matters for creators

Monetization still requires a paid X tier, so check which new tier matches the one you pay for now before switching. Compare the annual prices, and don’t rely on the old Premium names when you read eligibility rules.
